Data We Collect
Quote and booking forms collect your name, contact details and shipment information so we can price and move your freight. Tracking requests link a booking reference to your email so we can send the status. The website itself collects standard anonymous analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve content.
How We Use It
Your details are used to prepare quotes, operate shipments, send tracking updates and — only if you ask — share service news. We never sell personal data, and we never share shipment details with anyone except the carriers, brokers and receivers required to move your freight.
Storage and Security
Submissions are stored in our secured business systems with role-based access. Booking records are kept for seven years to satisfy transport and tax regulations, then deleted. Quote requests with no resulting booking are deleted after two years.
Your Rights
You may ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@routecore.com. We respond within 30 days. Deleting data for an active shipment may limit the services we can provide until delivery completes.
